2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed for the purposes of registration, purchases made through the online store, and for the exercise of rights and obligations arising between you and the e-shop www.theaceramics.sk. This concerns the following customer personal data: first name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, customer address, delivery address, and customer IP address.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent granted to the controller pursuant to:

the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the fulfillment of the controller’s legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,

Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) for the purposes of direct marketing, where no goods order has been placed,

the legitimate interest of the controller in carrying out direct marketing pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
In the case of purchasing goods through the online store, the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract for the purchase of goods and for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.
The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
3. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (for a maximum of 3 years after termination of the contractual relationship) or until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn in written form addressed to the seller, either by post to the address Veľký Báb 298, 951 34 Báb or electronically by e-mail to info@theaceramics.sk.
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The recipients of personal data are the following persons:

a courier or transport company providing delivery of the goods to the customer, acting as another processor.

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right:

6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The controller undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data in order to prevent unauthorized access to such data or its loss. The controller declares that only authorized persons bound by confidentiality obligations regarding personal data will have access to personal data. The controller has adopted technical measures to secure data storage and personal data recorded in paper form.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
By submitting an order through the online store, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the personal data protection terms and that you fully agree to them.
The controller reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version of the terms is published on the controller’s website.
